Celebrating its 11th year in 2007, this great 3-day food festival has lots of wonderful blackberry dishes and other foods to enjoy. Arts and crafts, 5K Run, fireworks, games and lots of free entertainment.

18th Annual National Pasta Cookoff. This pre-WV Italian Heritage Festival event is held on the Harrison County Court House Plaza. The Cookoff is open to professional and amateur cooks. This Festival is to celebrate West Virginia’s Black heritage, Festival events kick off on Friday with a youth block party sponsored by Fairmont State University. Refreshment, games and entertainment are provided free to all youth.
